Current limitations for SmartConX
If any, what are the current limitations and are there plans to enhance them?

SmartConX Team: We have identified several areas for improvement:
- The "Request a Demo" feature requires enhancement to broaden its accessibility to customers.
- Message deletion and movement within syndication are currently not supported by the product and require development.
- There is a focus on enhancing the user interface to optimize its effectiveness for customer interaction.
Additionally, we have enhancement plans underway:
- Enhancing the workflow to facilitate comprehensive demo trails for customers to gain a better understanding of the product.
- Developing functionality to support message movement and deletion events within syndication.
- Progressing with the redesign of the Middleware UI framework from AngularJS to React.
